Governor Terry E. Branstad’s Condition of the State Address will be presented to the Iowa Legislature on Tuesday, January 10 at 10 a.m. and Iowa Public Television will provide live coverage of the speech on IPTV WORLD (.3). Condition of the State 2017 will also be streamed live at Iptv.org . From the state capitol, Dean Borg, host of IPTV’s Iowa Press , will anchor the broadcast.
